Website enquiries

When you send the enquiry form, FIXFIX LIMITED records your name, email address, business name, optional website address, selected area of interest, project message, a submission reference and the submission time. We use this information to receive, review and respond to your request and to manage the resulting business conversation. The form also lets you download or email a copy for your records.

Enquiry records are kept privately for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable record-keeping duties. They are not used to add you to a marketing list. You can contact contact@fixfixsites.com about applicable access, correction, deletion or objection rights.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, FIXFIX LIMITED uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this website and make it more useful. This includes pages viewed, referring websites or approved campaign labels, approximate location, device and browser information, time spent using pages, and actions such as choosing a concept, opening a question or clicking an email link.

Our event tracking sends page and feature identifiers, selected service categories and counts. It does not send your name, email address, business name, project message, entered website address, enquiry summary or search text. Clicking an email link tells us only that it was clicked; it does not tell us that a message was sent or received.

Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics”. Choosing “Reject analytics” leaves the website and enquiry tools available. We rely on your consent for this analytics processing. You can withdraw it or change your choice using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection in this browser and removes the site's accessible analytics cookies; it does not undo information already sent.

Cookies and your choice

We store your analytics choice, its date and the notice version in your browser under businessweb-analytics-consent for up to 180 days. This preference storage lets us remember your decision. After acceptance, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_6BPYSKFR75 cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. We set their lifetime to 180 days without extending it on each visit. Clearing your browser storage can remove your choice and cookies sooner. We ask again when the choice expires or the analytics purpose changes.

Google Analytics and retention

Google provides the analytics service and receives analytics information, including technical information needed to receive the requests. Event-level information is retained for no more than 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained longer. We use the information to review website use and enquiry intent. This integration does not use Google Signals, advertising personalisation, user-provided data collection or a customer User-ID.

Google's privacy information and Analytics data-processing terms describe its handling of information, including processing outside the UK and the safeguards it provides. You can contact contact@fixfixsites.com about your information and applicable access, correction, deletion or objection rights, or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Fonts and visual assets are served with the site. No advertising trackers or external booking tools are connected. The analytics information above describes the current integration; the other policy areas identified as unfinished on this page remain under preparation.
