Your subscription covers the website shown in your approved preview. We list the included pages, features and any pending integrations before purchase.

No. All three plans cover the same agreed website and support. The difference is how often you pay and the discount for paying upfront. Exact pages and features are listed with your private preview before you approve it.
There is no standard setup fee for this subscription offer. The initial build is included within the agreed scope. Additional pages, sections, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
You will see that product in our commerce workspace. If your website is ready, sign in with your approved email to review its preview and purchase details. If you do not have a preview yet, tell us about your business first. Payment collection is currently being configured; choosing a plan does not charge you.
Yes. Connection and DNS assistance for a domain you own are included. Your website can launch on our subdomain first. Domain registration and renewal are separate from this subscription.
One consolidated request per website per month, up to 30 minutes of work, for minor text, supplied-image, contact-detail and opening-hour changes within existing pages. Unused time does not roll over. We complete included changes within five working days after receiving the request and all required content.
You can cancel renewal. Your website remains accessible through the period you have paid for. Six- and twelve-month subscriptions are paid upfront and renew for the same period unless you cancel renewal. Review the subscription terms before payment.
There is a seven-day grace period with reminders before suspension. A suspended website shows a contact-administrator message. Recoverable website files are retained for 30 days after suspension; contact us during that window about restoration.
After at least 12 paid months, you can request a website export for self-hosting. The export and assistance fee is currently £49, including 30 minutes of assistance. We review eligibility and arrange the handover; export is not an instant download.
Invoices are issued by FIXFIX LIMITED. Review the draft subscription terms and privacy notice. Final terms must be available before payment.
